1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing is Alberto Pinheiro Mestre, swissleadstudio, c/o Domizilagentur GmbH, Badenerstrasse 580, CH-8048 Zurich, Switzerland. Business email: info@mestrementoring.ch. Security email: zyv8vv8pa@relay.firefox.com. Mobile phone: +41 76 765 92 06. UID: CHE-331.292.981. Company number: CH-280.1.025.987-9.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to swissleadstudio.ch, its subpages, contact and analysis forms, and the connected technical lead-processing systems. It explains which personal data is processed, the purposes of processing and the rights available to data subjects.
3. Processing principles
Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to operate the website, handle inquiries, provide requested services, maintain system security or protect legitimate interests. Processing is purpose-bound, proportionate and protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.
4. Server and access data
When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser type, operating system, device and connection information, and server or security events may be processed. This data is used for delivery, stability, troubleshooting, abuse detection and website security.
5. Contact and analysis forms
When a form is used, the submitted information is processed. This may include first name, email address, telephone number, company, website, project information, budget, objectives, industry, free-text information and consent. Progressive forms display additional fields gradually. Required fields are necessary to handle the inquiry, while optional details support classification.
6. Campaign, source and tracking data
Where available, UTM parameters, click IDs such as GCLID, FBCLID, TTCLID, MSCLKID, GBRAID or WBRAID, referrer, requested path, campaign, source, medium, search term and advertising context may be processed together with the inquiry. This supports technical allocation, troubleshooting, attribution and evaluation of marketing effectiveness.
7. Lead Relay, Server Bridge and MESTRE™
Form data is transmitted through lead-relay.php to a controlled Server Bridge. Data may be normalized, checked for technical integrity and plausibility, logged, stored per tenant and transferred to MESTRE™ Intelligence. MESTRE™ may generate assessments such as score, heat, intent, quality, priority and action recommendations from available information. These assessments support handling and do not constitute a solely automated, legally binding decision.
8. Communications and notifications
Confirmation and handling of an inquiry may involve emails to the person making the inquiry and internal notifications to responsible recipients. Where configured for a process, contact and handling data may also be transferred to email, CRM or automation services such as Brevo. Only data intended for the relevant purpose is transferred.
9. Cloudflare Turnstile
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect forms against abusive automated submissions. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile processes technical signals such as client IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent, sitekey and associated origin to distinguish people from bots and block malicious bot traffic. The token created in the browser is verified server-side through the Siteverify interface. An inquiry may be rejected if verification is unsuccessful.
10. Cookies and local storage
The website may use technically necessary storage mechanisms. Language and light or dark display preferences may be stored in the browser's local storage. These settings are used only for the requested presentation and operation. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if used, will be identified in this policy or in a supplementary consent interface.
11. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be disclosed to hosting, infrastructure, security, email, CRM, automation and support providers where necessary for operation and handling. Providers process data as part of their contractual duties. Disclosure may also occur where legally required, where rights must be enforced, or where the data subject requests or consents to it.
12. International disclosure
Some technical providers may process personal data outside Switzerland. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used or legally permitted exceptions are relied upon. Information about recipient countries and safeguards can be provided in response to a specific access request.
13. Retention and deletion
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, inquiry handling, contractual or legal duties, system security, documentation or the enforcement of claims. Data is then deleted or anonymized unless a duty or overriding interest requires continued retention. Technical backups may be overwritten with a delay.
14. Data security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, manipulation and unlawful disclosure. These may include encrypted transmission, access restrictions, tenant separation, signature verification, logging, rate limits, blacklists and controlled system handoffs. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
15. Data subject rights
Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access to personal data and correction of inaccurate data. Depending on the circumstances, deletion, restriction, delivery or transfer of data, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent for the future may also be requested. Requests should be addressed to the contact details above. Proof of identity may be required to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
17. Switzerland as the primary legal framework
For the controller established in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection is the primary legal framework. Processing follows the principles of lawfulness, proportionality, purpose limitation, transparency and data security. Data subjects may exercise the rights described in this Privacy Policy through the stated contact channels.
18. European Union and European Economic Area
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to specific processing, processing is carried out in particular to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of legitimate interests in operations, security, communications, fraud prevention and service improvement, or on the basis of consent. Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. The described lead scoring does not produce a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect.
19. United Kingdom and other countries
People in the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries may also use the services. Mandatory local privacy rights are observed where their territorial and material scope applies to the specific case. Swiss Lead Studio does not sell personal data. Requests for access, correction, deletion, delivery, objection or other rights granted by applicable law may be sent to the stated privacy contacts. Mere availability of the website in a country is not a blanket assurance of complete compliance with every privacy law of that country.
20. International data transfers
Because the controller is established in Switzerland and technical providers may operate in different countries, cross-border processing may occur. Where required, applicable adequacy decisions, contractual data protection safeguards or legally permitted exceptions are used. Further information about specific recipients, countries and safeguards may be requested through a substantiated access request.
21. Changes and legal notice
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, systems, target markets, providers or legal requirements change. The published version is authoritative. It describes the technical processes and privacy principles to the best of current knowledge but does not constitute individual legal advice. Version date: 28 September 2026.
